Individual
One-on-One sessions with a trained counsellor in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Interventions are utilized to better understand oneself, identify aspects of life in which change is desired, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. Treatment is also provided for emotional distress, or other psychological conditions that impact one’s capacity to function.
Couple
Dating, partnered, engaged, or married persons work with a trained counsellor to identify areas of the relationship they would like to improve and/or specific areas of conflict. Interventions aim to assist in building a healthy relationship as well as address issues that negatively impact the wellbeing of the couple.
Family
Designed for any and every family composition, sessions are conducted with a trained counsellor and all family members in a group format. Interventions aim to improve interactions, develop healthier norms, and increase capacity to cope with issues that negatively impact the wellbeing of family members.
